An oat whisky! This single grain dram isn't just made with any oats. Farthofer used a field of 'nackthafer' for this whiskey - a rarely cultivated variety of the grain with an even higher fat content. This gives the whiskey unique esters and an intensely creamy mouthfeel.

Schlägler is the oldest variety of rye grown in Austria, and here this heritage grain turns into a rich rye whisky! Warm and spicy, bottled at a hefty 55%, but some floral Farthofer notes still coming through from those unique mostello casks...
