Nackthafer 2016 (Bio) - Destillerie Farthofer (Austrian single grain, 44.6% ABV)

An oat whisky! This single grain dram isn't just made with any oats. Farthofer used a field of 'nackthafer' for this whiskey - a rarely cultivated variety of the grain with an even higher fat content. This gives the whiskey unique esters and an intensely creamy mouthfeel.
